Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle domestic calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' issues, and offering solutions or alternatives.
• Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, exchanges, or cancellations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in BPO voice process (domestic calling) or similar industry.
• Strong communication skills for effective outbound calling and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
