We're Hiring | Customer Support Executive – E-Commerce
Ourshopee is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our Customer Service team.

Department: Customer Service
Location: On-site (6 days)
Experience: 1–3 Years
CTC Offered - Upto 4.2 LPA
What You'll Do
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, live chat, WhatsApp & social media
• Assist customers with products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns and refunds
• Track and manage orders from placement to delivery
• Handle and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, buying and finance teams
• Manage CRM records and customer support tickets
• Follow up on pending and unresolved cases
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate customer records
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in e-commerce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Comfortable working from office
