Role & responsibilities :

• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products, services, or upgrades.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and upgrades effectively.
• Convert service interactions into potential sales while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer objections and use effective persuasion and negotiation techniques to drive conversions.
