Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

Eligibility

- Undergraduate / Graduate

- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English Mandatory

- Personal Laptop/Desktop Mandatory

- Stable high-speed internet/Wi-Fi

- Working camera, microphone/headset and proper WFH setup

Salary & Benefits Regular

- CTC: 15,000/month

- Approx. In-Hand: 11,982/month

- Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to 1,929

- PF & ESIC benefits

Apprentice Program

- In-Hand Salary: 13,000/month

- Candidates must meet the applicable Apprentice Program eligibility criteria.

- Previous PF contribution may affect Apprentice eligibility, as per applicable criteria.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from Blinkit Delivery Partners regarding:

- Payment, earnings & incentives

- Order and delivery-related issues

- App/login & technical issues

- GPS/location-related concerns

- Account/profile updates

- Store-related concerns

Shift & Work Policy

- Rotational 9-hour shifts

- 8 hours working + 1 hour break

- Night shifts may be included

- Rotational week-offs

- No planned leave during the first 90 days of Training & Nesting

- Open-camera policy wherever applicable

- Candidate must be comfortable with all shift, WFH and process requirements
