We are currently looking for a candidate who possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be passionate about assisting customers by resolving their queries.

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Bengaluru ( Kudlu Gate and Shivajinagar )

Salary: 22k - 25k CTC ( Apprentice up to 21k in-hand)

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates/ Fresher with strong communication skills can be considered.
• Excellent spoken English , Hindi and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Candidates who are customer-centric, adaptable and eager to learn are preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone ,e-mail or chat in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns
