Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
