Customer Support Executive

• Salary: Up to 25,000 In-Hand
• Work Location: Work From Office (LUCKNOW)
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day
• Shift: Rotational Shift
• Week Off: Rotational

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required timelines.
• Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Ensure a good customer experience through effective communication and timely resolution.

• Good communication skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Comfortable working from office.
