Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

Open Locations : YERCAUD, ELLAMPILLAI, POTTIREDDIPATTI

• Assist customers with basic banking-related queries and services.
• Guide customers on account opening, deposits, withdrawals, forms, and other branch processes.
• Support bank staff with day-to-day operational activities.
• Ensure customers are directed to the appropriate counter or department.
• Help maintain smooth customer flow within the branch.
• Handle basic documentation and data entry work.
• Maintain professional customer service and ensure a positive branch experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be a fresher.
• Candidates who passed out between 2022 and 2026 are eligible.
• Candidate should be from arts or commerce background.
