Customer Support Executive

Role: International Semi-Voice Process

We are looking for Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years experience to join our Semi-Voice Process in our Hyderabad location.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Candidates with relevant early experience are also encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working from office
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Comfortable with rotational week-offs
• Must reside within 25 km of the office location (Lanco Hills, Manikonda)

Role Specifications

• Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels such as calls, chats, and emails.
• Assist customers with queries related to services, subscriptions, and account-related concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced international customer support environment.
