Position: Chat-Blended Customer Support

Location: Vijay Nagar, Scheme 78, Indore

Work Mix: 70% Chat + 30% Voice

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass / Undergraduate
• Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM
• Good communication skills – Skill 4+
• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Experienced: 6+ months BPO / Private Limited company experience
• Original marksheet required at joining
• Background verification applicable

Shift & Working:

• Shift duration: 9-hour shift
• Working window: 7 AM – 2 AM
• Shift Duration: Rotational shifts
• Working Days: 6

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer support interactions through both email and voice channels.
• Respond to customer queries professionally and accurately.
• Maintain a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Demonstrate good communication skills at Skill 4 and above.

Salary:

• Experienced: ₹20,500 CTC | ₹15,691 stated in-hand (without PF)
• Fresher: ₹15,380 Stipend | ₹14,975 stated in-hand
