We are hiring for International Customer Support Voice & Chat processes across Jaipur and Gurugram.

Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: International Voice & Chat
Experience: Freshers to 6 months / Experienced candidates
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

Locations:

• Jaipur Mansarovar
• Gurugram Sector 30
• Gurugram Sector 18

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 CTC
Interview: Virtual Interview
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
Working: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility:

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
• Graduates and undergraduates both eligible.
• Good to excellent English communication skills required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Prior international BPO/customer service experience will be an added advantage.

Communication Requirement

Jaipur :Excellent English communicationare required.

For other locations/processes, candidates with good communication skills and the ability to handle international customers can apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice and/or chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service

Gurugram Sector 30: Both-side cab facility available as per process/shift eligibility.

Jaipur Mansarovar: Single-side cab facility available. Male candidates may be eligible for applicable transport allowance as per company policy.
