Customer Support Executive

We are looking for candidates for a Customer Support (Messaging/Chat) role with experience in voice or chat-based customer service and upselling. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, providing effective resolutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat and messaging support.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant products or services.
• Identify and execute upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
• Maintain quality and productivity targets as per process requirements.
• Follow company policies, communication standards, and escalation procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in chat or messaging support.
• Ability to handle upselling and cross-selling conversations.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• HSC/12th Pass or Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of international voice or chat experience.
• Relevant previous employment or company experience.
