Job Title: Floor Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Floor Support Executive to support day-to-day branch operations and assist customers and bank staff with basic queries and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with basic banking-related queries and services.
• Guide customers on account opening, deposits, withdrawals, forms, and other branch processes.
• Support bank staff with day-to-day operational activities.
• Ensure customers are directed to the appropriate counter or department.
• Help maintain smooth customer flow within the branch.
• Handle basic documentation and data entry work.
• Maintain professional customer service and ensure a positive branch experience
