We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 1-3 years of experience in the payday loan or financial services industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through both voice and written channels, ensuring a smooth customer experience and timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat support
- Assist customers with loan applications, repayments, and account-related concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding payday loan products and services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently within defined TAT
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Requirements
