Job Overview

• Role: Customer Support Executive
• Process: Voice Process (Full-Time)
• Location: Lucknow
• Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-offs
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary & Incentives

• Salary: Up to 17,000 CTC
• Quarterly Bonus: 3,000
• Incentives: Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduates / Graduates in any stream can apply.
• Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
• Excellent verbal communication required in Nepali Language.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via call with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and achieve customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and action steps accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
