About this role
Role & responsibilities :
For Voice Processes (International / Domestic):Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries regarding products, services, billing, or account updates.Issue Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues effectively, and provide accurate, first-contact resolutions.Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience to deliver a premium customer experience.
For Non-Voice Processes (Chat / Email / Back-Office):Digital Communication: Manage real-time customer interactions via web chat or handle customer queues via professional email correspondence.Data Accuracy: Document customer interactions, update records in the CRM database, and process back-office requests with high accuracy.Multitasking: Concurrently handle multiple chat windows (for chat roles) while maintaining high-quality responses and quick turnaround times.
Preferred candidate profile: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Freshers and experienced professionals are both welcome!
