Customer Support Executive

We are planning a Walk-in Drive for the role of Customer Support and are looking for enthusiastic immediate joiners who are interested in working in a dynamic and fast-paced support environment.

Role: Customer Support Engineer (US healthcare experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Must possess excellent communication skills with ability to tackle harsh callers, phonetic skills and excellent etiquites.
• Must work in night shift only.
• To provide support for International Phone and Email Channels Provide world class customer service to the clients Resolve queries flagged by clients, vendors and providers
• Deliver the project KPIs and SLAs Detailed Research and Analysis Skills Aspiration to settle and work in BPO domain

Mandatory Expectations:

Only Degree Graduates and MBA

B-TECH is not considered for this opportunity

Hybrid work model Candidates should be local to Hyderabad or willing to relocate

Fixed night shift Shift timings may be 6 PM / 9 PM

Must be willing to work on India and US holidays

Rotational weekly off

Experience in writing or customizing SQL queries

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (90%+ occupancy)

Expected CTC aligned with the budget

Strong communication, coordination, and client relationship skills
