Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Location: Noida

Salary : 18k-22k CTC

Working : 6 days

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates/Undergraduates / 12TH pass / Fresher with strong communication skills can be considered.
• Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Candidates who are customer-centric, adaptable and eager to learn are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone,e-mail or chat in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resoluiton of customer concerns
