Location: Lucknow (On-site)

Shift: UK Shift | 1:30 PM 11:30 PM IST

Experience: Freshers are Welcome!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international voice process calls from UK customers with excellent communication skills.
  
• Provide customer support through phone call to resolve customer concerns.

• .Communicate with international customers professionally.

• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert sales.

• Build strong and long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers can apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (customer support/call center).
  
• Strong English language proficiency for effective communication with UK clients.
  
• Ability to work UK shift 1:30pm- 11:30pm.
