Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, social media, and marketplace messages.
• Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, replacements, warranty claims, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining a positive brand image.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and marketplace teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow up with customers until their concerns are completely resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with internal teams.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and response time targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Customer Success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable handling customer calls and WhatsApp conversations.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Self-disciplined and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
