Hiring Customer Service Executive (Voice & Non-Voice) | Noida

Shining Stars is expanding its customer support team in Noida , looking for enthusiastic candidates for Voice and Non-Voice Customer Service roles. If you have excellent communication skills and are eager to build a career in customer support, this opportunity is for you.

Position : Customer Service Executive

Eligibility: Any Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)

Salary : 1.75 LPA-3.5 LPA (Based on last drawn salary)

Work Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer-handling ability
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• 6 days working with rotational weekly off
• Candidates must be comfortable with both voice and digital communication channels (based on role)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and social platforms
• Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and navigation
• Manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Aim for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to overall customer experience
