Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handling real-time interactions
• Asking the right questions to understand product or service failures.
• Solving the queries of the customers.

Salary & other benefits: Fresher 22k ctc 17k In hand

Experience 25k ctc 20k In hand

Quaterly bonus
