Salary:-

Fresher- 17k CTC + Incentives

Experienced:- Upto 21k CTC + Incentives

Work Schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week off

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Follow up with customers when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass and graduates are preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable using email, chat, and customer support tools.
