Salary - 16,000 CTC - 24,000 CTC [Based on Experience] + Quarterly Bonus

• Comfortable Working in rotational Shift

• Handle customer queries and complaints.
• Provide accurate product/service information.
• Resolve customer issues quickly.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Respond to calls, emails, and chats.
• Record customer interactions and feedback.
