We are hiring Customer Support Executives role in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle customer queries efficiently.

Location - Kolkata

Salary & Benefits - Up to 21,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities-

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility-

• Graduate or Undergraduate (as per company guidelines).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
