Profile : Customer Support Executive

Salary:

• Fresher: Up to 15K CTC + Incentives
• Experienced: Up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities Customer Support

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
• Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Achieve process-specific quality and performance targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.

Profile : Sales Executive

Eligibility: Fresher / Experience / Graduate / Undergraduate All are eligible with fluent English and Telugu Language.

Salary:

• Fresher: Up to 22K CTC + Incentives
• Experienced: Up to 30K CTC + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities Sales Executive

• Handle customer interactions and identify sales opportunities.
• Explain products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Achieve daily, monthly and process-specific sales targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English + Hindi + Telugu.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Sales candidates should have a target-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if applicable.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
