Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Assist customers with product features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot basic product-related issues and coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
• Collect customer feedback and share suggestions with the relevant team.
• Develop strong knowledge of our products and services.
