We are hiring for Customer Support Executive & Relationship Executive for a Multinational BPO!

Location-Lucknow

1. Customer Support Executive

Salary Up to 15K in hand + Incentives

• Any UG / Graduate can apply.
• Freshers / Experience are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English

2. Relationship Executive

Salary Up to 26K in hand +Quarterly Bonus

• Only Graduate can apply.
• Minimum 6 month to 2 yrs of Experience can apply

Shift Details

• Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7) (For Male)
• Day shift for Females
• Work Schedule:6 days working per week
• Rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries via voice, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines
