Malayalam Documentation Specialist (CRT Process)

We are looking for detail-oriented, fluent Malayalam-speaking professionals to join our Back-Office Documentation team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage, verify, and process customer documentation and written requests, ensuring strict adherence to Customer Resolution Time (CRT) targets. This is a non-voice/data-processing role suitable for both entry-level candidates and experienced documentation specialists.

Role & responsibilities

• Document Verification: Review, verify, and validate Malayalam-language documents, applications, or written customer submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• SLA & CRT Management: Process all assigned back-office tickets and documentation tasks within strict Customer Resolution Time (CRT) limits.
• Data Entry & Management: Accurately update and maintain client profiles, case notes, and transaction histories in the internal CRM database.
• Written Communication: Handle customer inquiries or internal escalations via email or chat text in Malayalam and basic English.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure zero errors in data entry to maintain high data integrity and prevent compliance issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary School Certificate) or any Graduate.
• Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and understand Malayalam fluently. Working knowledge of written English is required for navigating systems and internal tools.
• Experience: Open to freshers with good computer knowledge, as well as experienced professionals with background in data entry, KYC processing, or back-office operations.
• Technical Skills: Good typing speed with high accuracy and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) or CRM tools.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on business operational requirements.
