Job Description:
Hiring for Customer Service - Blended Process (Chat + Voice) for a leading E-commerce brand.
What we need:- Excellent English Communication- Laptop + Stable WiFi Mandatory- Comfortable with Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs- 6 Days Working- Immediate Joiner
Role & Responsibilities:- Handling customers via Call & Chat- Resolving queries related to orders, payments, refunds- Maintaining CSAT and Quality scores- Coordinating with internal teams
Note:
- No Paid Leave for first 3 months (except week offs).
- Excellent communication is mandatory
- Salary slabs are fixed according to the experience.
