Hiring For Hyderabad: Semi Voice Process

UG / Graduate Both Can Apply

Fresher/Experience can apply

Rotational Shifts

Working Days - 5

Both Way Cab Facility Provided In Night Shifts

SALARY -

Fresher - 20K CTC

Experience - 30K CTC

Roles And Responsibilities -

• Resolve customer issues, answering questions, and providing information to ensure a positive customer experience
• Document customer interactions and outcomes in a clear and concise manner
• Proactively identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department, as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well and handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
