Who Should Apply

• Graduates with excellent spoken English.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 6+ months of experience in customer service/sales.
• Confident communicators who enjoy working in a targetdriven environment.
• Candidates currently in Lucknow (outstation applicants will not be considered).
• Age between 18–30 years only.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Resolve queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Meet performance targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Document customer interactions as per company process.

Salary Details

14,000–19,000 CTC/month
