We are hiring for multiple roles in Kolkata. Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts for both male and female applicants). If you are not comfortable with night shifts, please do not apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn and follow company processes and compliance standards.
• Handle customer queries via calls or chat with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic issues.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and adaptability to rotational shifts.
• Meet entrylevel performance and quality benchmarks.
• Manage escalations and complex customer queries.
• Mentor and support fresher team members.
• Ensure adherence to KPIs such as response time, resolution accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency.
• Consistently achieve higher performance targets and demonstrate leadership potential.

Salary Details

• Entry Level: 14,75015,000 CTC/month (12,000 inhand)
• Experienced: Up to 21,000 CTC/month (16,50017,000 inhand)
• Higher Roles: Up to 24,000 CTC/month
• Quarterly Bonus: 2,974

Work Conditions

• 6 days working, rotational off
• Rotational shifts (7 am–9 pm, any 9 hours)
• Oneside cab facility in odd hours
