AVM Labs, a growing organization in the Healthcare & Diagnostics sector, is looking for a customer-focused and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Coimbatore.

Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 0–2 years

CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through Email, Live Chat, and VSoft CRM.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Assist customers with queries related to diagnostic tests, services, reports, and other support requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure a professional, courteous, and customer-centric customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Sc./M.Sc. Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or DMLT.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software applications.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA
• Laptop & Mobile Allowance: ₹2,000 per month (included in CTC)
• Personal laptop is mandatory; the company does not provide a laptop.
• Accommodation and food are not provided.
