Salary:

• Freshers: Up to 15,000 CTC per month
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 24,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Manage customer interactions professionally over calls and other assigned communication channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Candidates should be comfortable with 6 days working.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule:

• 6 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts
• 1 Weekly Off
