Processor: Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/Ryzen 7

OS: Windows 10 or above

RAM: Minimum 8 GB

Internet: Stable 3050 Mbps Wi-Fi connection

Headset: USB/Wired headset mandatory

Power Backup: Required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers through calls, chats and emails
• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable resolutions
• Maintain a professional approach during every interaction
• Follow defined company policies and process guidelines
• Meet assigned quality, productivity and performance targets
