Customer Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Recent 6 months to 1 year experience required
• Excellent English language skills (verbal & written).
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
