Position: Customer Support Executive – Female
Number of Openings: 3–4
Industry: Plastic Granules Manufacturing
Location: Najafgarh, Delhi
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements, and follow-ups.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure smooth communication.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer-related issues.
Maintain basic records and follow up with customers as required.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer support/coordination experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours
11:00 AM to 6:00/6:30 PM
