Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines, ensuring follow-up

until resolution.

• Convert inquiries into sales.
• Follow up regularly on warm and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right tools and resources.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, update account information, and manage documentation

accurately.

• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve high satisfaction levels.
• Manage large volumes of incoming calls efficiently and prioritize based on urgency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through open and positive communication.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in the service industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-handling abilities.
• Ability to handle customers with patience and a positive attitude.
• Proactive approach to resolving situations and managing challenges.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Sense of responsibility and ownership for customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
