*Position: Customer Support- Escalations Outbound Calling*

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Escalation Executive to handle customer escalations through outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

*Organization Name- One Plus (Sector - 63, Noida)*

*Salary Package- 25CTC for Freshers, 35CTC for Experienced*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1) Make outbound calls to customers regarding escalations, complaints, and unresolved concerns.

2) Understand the customer's issue and provide appropriate resolutions within defined timelines.

3) Handle difficult or dissatisfied customers professionally and patiently.

4) Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve escalated cases.

5) Follow up with customers until the issue is completely resolved.

6) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

7) Ensure adherence to company policies, escalation procedures, and service-level timelines.

8) Identify recurring issues and share feedback with the concerned teams.Role & responsibilities
