Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats from international customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
Query Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, process orders, and provide accurate information regarding products or services.
CRM Updates: Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handle Time (AHT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores
