Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer requirements and resolve queries effectively.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Provide timely assistance and appropriate resolution to customer queries.

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during customer interactions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.

Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Good listening and communication abilities.

Good problem-solving approach.

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in Customer Support, BPO, Call Centre, Telecalling, or Voice Process will be an added advantage.
