Job Title: International Customer Support Executive (Chat & Voice Process)

Work Location: Gurugram&Noida

Salary Details Chat Process

• Freshers: 18,000 21,000 In-Hand
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 32,000 In-Hand

Voice Process

• Freshers: 20,000 to 25,000 In-Hand
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 35,000 In-Hand

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply
• Freshers are welcome
• Excellent English Communication Skills are mandatory
• For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of International BPO experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Chat and Voice support
• Provide prompt, professional, and accurate resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
