• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Shifts
• Rotational Week Offs
• Cab facility in odd hours

Salary

Up to 4 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Eligibility

• Any Undergraduate or Graduate candidate can apply.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English with a neutral/clear accent.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant system.
