Fresher:- 18k CTC + Incentives

Experienced:- Upto 23k CTC + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through various communication channels (voice process).
• Work on international BPO projects with CSE (Customer Service Executives) team members to deliver exceptional customer support.
• Utilize blended processes for semi-voice interactions with clients to provide efficient solutions.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy while processing customer requests using voice support tools.
