Salary: For fresher : upto 17k ctc

For experienced: upto 22k ctc

Roles and Responsibility

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information through calls and chats.
• Assist customers with product / service related information, orders, refunds.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues within defined turnover time.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interaction and update CRM system.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
