• 17,000 CTC
• 3,000 Performance Bonus

• Up to 22,000 CTC
• 3,000 Performance Bonus
• Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat support.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Assist customers with orders, accounts, complaints and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Follow company processes, quality standards and service guidelines.
