Customer Support Executive

We are Hiring Customer support executive - BSS Sonata Microcredit ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls across multiple communication channels.
• Assist customers by addressing queries and providing accurate information as per company guidelines.
• Verify customer identity and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
• Review customer documentation and identify any suspicious activities for reporting.
• Manage delinquent customer accounts and support debt recovery processes.
• Educate customers on overdue payments while adhering to company credit policies.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations during all customer interactions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, probing, and customer-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to process updates.
• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Domestic calling experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week in rotational day shifts.
