Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift: Rotational shifts

Location: Remote

Salary

• Experienced Candidates: 20,000 CTC | 16,000 in-hand

• Freshers: 18,000 CTC | 14,000 in-hand

• Quarterly Bonus: Additional 2,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or other assigned channels.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with customers.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined time

Mandatory Work Setup

Candidates must have:

• Laptop: Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 processor or above
• Stable Wi-Fi/Internet connection
• Power backup for uninterrupted work
• Headset suitable for customer calls
