CONTRACTUAL BASE (3 MONTH)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries efficiently.
• Resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly CTC: 18,000
• In-Hand Salary: 13,000

Mandatory System Requirements

• Device: Laptop or Desktop.
• Processor: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or above.
• RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
• OS: Windows 10 or above.
• Internet: Dedicated Wi-Fi with 50+ Mbps speed.

Eligibility Criteria

• Language: English communication skills.
• Education: Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.
• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.

Work Schedule

• Shift: 9 hours daily (8 hours work + 1 hour split breaks).
• Days: 6 days working per week.
• Offs: 1 rotational week-off.
